Qualifications:

  • 1.5-3 years of experience in banking, with a focus on commercial real estate loans.
  • Strong finance and accounting skills, including loan interest calculations.
  • Business relationship management skills and ability to anticipate business stakeholders' needs.
  • Strong knowledge of underwriting philosophy and commercial lending (FMAC, FNMA, Life Company, bridge lending).
