- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to lead the sales strategy and drive revenue growth for the largest cosmetic packaging manufacturing company.


- The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations, managing key client relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the cosmetic packaging industry.

- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve their individual and collective goals. Foster a high-performance culture focused on results.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

- Market Analysis & Forecasting: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities, emerging trends, and potential areas for growth.

- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new customer segments, geographies, and product lines.

- Revenue & Profitability: Drive the company's revenue generation efforts, ensuring consistent sales growth and profitability in line with company goals.

- Sales Targets & Reporting: Set annual sales targets, track progress, and provide regular updates to the executive leadership team. Analyze sales data to optimize strategies and improve performance.

- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the cosmetic packaging industry, understanding market demands and ensuring the company's offerings are competitive.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives and operational capabilities.

- Contract Negotiations: Lead key negotiations and close major deals with customers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.

- Budgeting & Planning: Manage the sales budget, allocate resources effectively, and ensure that the sales department operates within budgetary constraints.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the manufacturing or packaging industry, preferably in cosmetics or related sectors.

- Leadership: Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing sales teams.

- Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to develop and execute long-term sales strategies aligned with company goals.

- Sales Performance: A history of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.

- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the cosmetic packaging industry, trends, and customer requirements.

- Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills to manage and grow client partnerships.

- Negotiation Skills: Expertise in contract negotiation and deal closure, ensuring favorable terms for the company.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities, optimize strategies, and drive performance.
