You’ll work directly with the founders and have full autonomy to build the HR function from the ground up.What You’ll Own Hiring : Run end-to-end recruiting—from sourcing to closing Onboarding : Design fast, effective, and warm onboarding experiences People Ops : Draft policies, manage records, ensure compliance Performance & Growth : Set up review processes, feedback loops, and engagement programs Culture : Drive rituals, offsites, and values that scale with us Exits : Run smooth, respectful offboarding when neededYou’re Right for This If You: Have 3–6 years of HR experience, preferably in fast-paced/startup environments Are high on ownership, bias for action, and love to build from scratch Communicate clearly, listen deeply, and balance people + business needs Are excited to shape a culture, not just support itWhy Join Us Competitive pay + meaningful equity High ownership, zero bureaucracy - shape the HR function from scratch Work directly with founders & early team Build culture, not just follow itSound like you?
