JD:

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead or participate in end-to-end implementation and support projects for Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, focusing on US Payroll.

- Gather and analyze business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and translate them into functional configurations.

- Configure, test, and deploy Oracle HCM modules, specifically Payroll, Core HR, and Absence Management.

- Perform system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and support go-live activities.

- Assist in post-production support and payroll run validations, including balancing, reconciling, and auditing payroll processes.

- Collaborate with technical teams to design and test inbound and outbound integrations with third-party systems (benefits, tax vendors, time & labor).

- Prepare functional design documents, test scripts, SOPs, and training materials for end users.

- Ensure compliance with US federal, state, and local tax regulations in payroll processing.

- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and Oracle technical teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 6+ years of hands-on experience as an Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant.

- At least 2 full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Fusion HCM US Payroll module.

- Deep understanding of US payroll rules, taxation, garnishments, pre/post-tax deductions, and year-end processing.

- Functional knowledge of Core HR, Absence Management, Time & Labor, and Workforce

Compensation is preferred.

- Ability to design payroll elements, fast formulas, validation rules, and payroll flows.

- Proficiency in creating Reports using OTBI/BIP and working with HDL templates.

- Excellent documentation, presentation, and client communication skills.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or related field.

Preferred (Nice to Have):

Oracle Cloud HCM Certification (Payroll or Core HR)

Experience working in multi-country with Change Management, Data Conversion (HDL/FBL), and Security Roles setup

Knowledge of other modules like Benefits, Performance Management, and Talent Management
