Backed by UAE-based investors, global partners, and robust funding, we are accelerating our multi-country rollout.Our mission is global: to empower sellers everywhere with a platform that drives commerce through content while creating a community-first marketplace.KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESAs the Lead Mobile Developer at NAAR, you will play a pivotal role in architecting,developing, and optimizing our mobile applications to deliver a seamless, engaging, and scalable user experience. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our platform leverages the latest technologies and best practices in mobile development.- Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-performance mobile applications using React Native.- Architect scalable solutions that support video streaming, live commerce, and AI-driven personalization features.- Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services to enhance app functionality and user experience.- Ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance through rigorous testing and code reviews.- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to deliver visually appealing and intuitive interfaces.- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.- Stay updated with emerging mobile technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.- Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.- Optimize application performance for various devices and operating systems.- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.Work Experience :Minimum 7 years of professional experience in mobile application development, with a strong focus on React Native.Proven track record of delivering complex mobile solutions in fast-paced environments.Experience working in e-commerce, social media, or content-driven platforms is highly desirable.Educational Qualification :Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Relevant certifications in mobile development or React Native are a plus.Skills / Behaviour Attributes :Expertise in React Native, JavaScript, and TypeScript.Strong understanding of mobile application development lifecycle and best practices.Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and modern front-end build pipelines.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative environment.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Proactive approach to learning and adopting new technologies.Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and inspire team members.Salary Range :Competitive and commensurate with experience.
