By partnering with leading technology providers, we craft transformative digital experiences that enhance customer engagement and drive business success. - ListfromIndia (Hybrid/On-Site) - Information Security Responsibilities - Awareness on information security measures such as acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, password security - Understand and report security risks and how they impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets - Understand how data is stored, processed, or transmitted from a Data privacy and protection standpoint Key Responsibilities - Lead Mobile Development: Oversee the end-to-end development of mobile applications, ensuring high standards for code quality, performance, and security. - Technical Leadership: Provide technical direction for the mobile development team, driving key architectural decisions and ensuring best practices for both iOS and Android. - Mentorship and Coaching: Mentor junior and mid-level mobile developers, provide code reviews, and share knowledge to improve team skill levels. - Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and QA teams to deliver new features and enhancements. - Cross-Platform Development: Drive development on both iOS and Android platforms or oversee hybrid mobile application development (using tools like React Native, Flutter, Xamarin, etc.). - Platform-Specific Expertise: For iOS, lead efforts using Swift/Objective-C and Xcode. For Android, lead efforts using Kotlin/Java and Android Studio. Deepen the team's proficiency in platform-specific APIs and design patterns. - Code Quality & Standards: Implement and enforce coding best practices, code reviews, and automated testing to maintain high-quality software. - Optimization & Debugging: Ensure the performance, scalability, and reliability of the mobile apps. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, including performance bottlenecks and app crashes. - Innovation: Stay up to date with mobile technology trends and recommend new tools, techniques, or solutions to improve development efficiency and user experience. - App Lifecycle Management: Oversee the deployment process, including app store submission, version control, and maintaining release cycles. - Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative, open, and agile development environment within the mobile team and across the organization. Preferred Qualifications: - Hybrid Mobile Development: Experience with React Native, Flutter, or Xamarin for building cross-platform applications. - Cloud Integration: Experience integrating mobile applications with cloud services (e.g., Firebase, AWS, Azure). - App Analytics: Familiarity with integrating and analyzing app metrics using platforms like Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, or similar. - UI/UX Collaboration: Experience working closely with designers to create intuitive, user-friendly mobile interfaces. - Experience with App Performance Optimization: Familiarity with profiling and optimizing mobile applications for speed, battery usage, and smooth user experiences. - CI/CD Tools: Experience with tools like Jenkins, CircleCI, or GitLab CI for mobile app development pipelines. - Mobile Testing: Familiarity with mobile testing frameworks (e.g., XCTest for iOS, Espresso for Android, or Appium for cross-platform). Required Skills & Qualifications: - Experience: 7+ years of experience in mobile application development, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or senior role. - Proficiency in Mobile Development: - iOS: Strong knowledge of Swift and Objective-C, Xcode, and Cocoa Touch. - Android: Expertise in Kotlin, Java, and Android Studio, as well as Android SDK. - Cross-Platform: Experience with tools like React Native, Flutter, or Xamarin (optional but a plus). - Architecture & Design: Solid understanding of mobile app architectures (MVC, MVVM, etc.), RESTful APIs, and mobile UI/UX best practices. - App Development Lifecycle: Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and mobile app deployment to the App Store/Google Play. - Leadership & Mentorship: Demonstrated ability to lead a team, provide technical guidance, and foster professional growth within the team. - Agile & Scrum: Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (JIRA, Trello, etc.). - Cross-functional Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with product managers, designers, and other engineering teams. - Version Control: Proficient with Git for version control and code collaboration. - Problem Solving: Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly. - Security & Performance: Knowledge of best practices related to app security, optimization, and scalability.
