Role Overview

Build, test, review and deploy marketing and email campaigns including personalization and dynamic content across different Marketing Cloud Studios


Profile Description

• Create, test, and review highly engaging, responsive Email/Cloud page layouts

• Dynamic and/or personalized module insertions based on Customer Data

• Establish best practices for the SFMC operations and provide reporting and metrics related to all activity within SFMC

• Leverage Journey Builder to deliver multi-touch communications

• Build automations that sync reports from Salesforce to Marketing cloud

• Leverage marketing technology to automate campaigns where possible while applying customization and personalization

• Creation of region/business unit specific dynamic content blocks for common components such as headers/footers/sign-offs

• Accurate scheduling of mass email sends by ensuring contacts are mapped to respective tool fields and maintaining an up-to-date contact list

• Execute A/B testing for emails and multi variate testing for landing pages to increase lead generation

• Provide training and documentation for new and existing users.

• Collaborate effectively with key internal stakeholders

• Should willing to learn and should ready to work with team.

Education

• B Com/MBA (Finance)


Job Description

3-12 years of experience in Investments domain

• Knowledge of investment management products

• Knowledge of IM marketing materials

• Knowledge of designing

• Strong understanding and proper usage of investment-related terminology in written and verbal communication in English

• Strong working knowledge of MS Office, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Drupal etc will be preferred • Ability to multitask, manage multiple priorities and work in a rapidly changing and dynamic environment, ensuring standards and deadlines are met and keeping others informed and up to date

• Networking skills should have the ability to build their professional network and client base, so they should be excellent relationship-builders and feel comfortable with networking to stay informed about industry trends

• Excellent Attention to detail, and giving extreme importance to timelines and deliverables

• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management abilities.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Should be flexible to work in night shifts and must extend when business required
