Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Recruitment Head to lead our talent acquisition efforts at Aimlay Pvt Ltd. Based full-time in our Delhi office, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process, from strategy development to successful onboarding. This pivotal role requires a leader who can build strong partnerships with department heads, implement innovative recruitment strategies, enhance our employer brand, and ensure a positive experience for all candidates as we continue our growth journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Recruitment & Planning:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy that is fully aligned with the company's growth objectives and long-term workforce planning.
- Partner closely with senior leadership and department heads to deeply understand their current and future hiring needs, proactively building robust talent pipelines for critical roles.
Team Leadership & Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team, fostering a high-performance culture and supporting their professional development.
- Effectively allocate resources across various recruitment functions and job requisitions to ensure efficient and timely hiring.
Talent Acquisition Operations:
- Oversee the entire full-cycle recruitment process, from crafting compelling job postings and sourcing diverse talent to managing interviews, offer negotiations, and seamless onboarding.
- Define, track, and analyze key recruitment performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire, continuously seeking areas for improvement.
- Present regular, insightful reports on recruitment progress and market trends to HR leadership and various business units.
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience:
- Manage and enhance the company's employer branding efforts to attract top talent and position Aimlay as an employer of choice.
- Ensure a smooth, positive, and engaging experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Interviewing & Collaboration:
- Conduct interviews for various roles, contributing to candidate assessment and selection.
- Collaborate effectively with department heads to anticipate future hiring needs and refine job requirements.
Graduate Recruitment:
- Develop and manage specific strategies for graduate recruitment, fostering relationships with universities and colleges to attract emerging talent.
Required Skills:
- Extensive experience in overseeing the entire recruitment process, from strategy to execution.
- Proven ability to create and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Strong experience in managing and developing a recruitment team.
- Demonstrated success in talent acquisition operations, covering the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively with senior leadership and department heads.
- Experience with employer branding efforts and enhancing candidate experience.
- Strong analytical skills to define, track, and report on recruitment KPIs.
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and recruitment technologies.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and growing organization.
