We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Head to lead our digital marketing initiatives.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi.
The Digital Marketing Head will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, driving digital transformation initiatives, and establishing a robust online presence for Aimlay Pvt Ltd.
You will lead a team of marketing professionals, leverage data insights, and optimize digital campaigns to significantly enhance our outreach, engagement, and ultimately, our business growth within the EdTech sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop, implement, and oversee a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with company goals, focusing on lead generation, brand awareness, and customer acquisition in the EdTech space.
- Digital Transformation Leadership: Lead digital transformation initiatives within the marketing function, introducing new technologies, processes, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Digital Presence Development: Build and maintain a robust digital presence across all relevant online channels, including search engines, social media, email, and content platforms.
- Team Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative, high-performing, and data-driven environment.
- Project Management: Utilize strong project management skills to plan, execute, and monitor various digital marketing campaigns and initiatives from conception to completion.
- Web Analytics & Optimization: Analyze web analytics data (e g., Google Analytics, other platforms) to gain insights into user behavior, campaign performance, and identify areas for optimization.
- Campaign Optimization: Continuously optimize digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing, Content Marketing) to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, ROI, and engagement.
- Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, product development, and international business teams to ensure integrated marketing efforts and consistent brand messaging.
- Market Trend Analysis: Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, incorporating innovative approaches into our strategy.
Required Qualifications:
- Expertise in Digital Transformation and Digital Strategy, with a proven track record of successful implementation.
- Strong Project Management skills, capable of overseeing multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
- Proven Team Leadership capabilities, with experience in building, mentoring, and motivating marketing teams.
- Proficiency in Web Analytics tools and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to articulate complex strategies clearly.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Desired Qualifications (Added Advantage):
- Direct experience in EdTech or Education-based digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
