The ideal candidate is driven, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.Key Responsibilities:- Drive sales of Health & Safety products and services through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.- Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.- Follow up with prospects and existing customers regularly to strengthen relationships.- Engage current customers for service renewals, calibrations, upgrades, and trade-ins.- Communicate product benefits and solutions to potential customers.- Coordinate with Outside Sales Representatives to ensure smooth lead transitions.- Capture all interactions and leads accurately in the CRM system.- Support marketing and sales management by sharing customer insights and market trends.- Mentor and support new team members by sharing best practices in outbound sales activities.- Achieve or exceed individual and team sales performance & Associate or Technical degree with 5+ years of Inside Sales or Customer Support experience, OR- Master's degree with 1+ years of Inside Sales or Customer Support experience.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.- Proven experience in high-volume outbound calling.- Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Experience selling technical products.- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM.- Track record of achieving sales closures and revenue targets.Key Competencies:- Strong phone presence and communication skills.- Excellent verbal and written communication.- Strong active listening and customer service orientation.- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.- High integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.- Technical curiosity and problem-solving ability.Why Join Us?At TSI, our employees are our most valuable assets.
