Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Group Account Manager - Channel Loyalty at Elevatoz Loyalty in Bangalore. The Group Account Manager will be responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with channel partners, overseeing the development and execution of loyalty programs, analyzing program performance, and driving engagement and loyalty among partners. This role will involve collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful program delivery and performance metrics. Heading the Client Servicing team and being responsible for building sustainable relationships with clients, responsible for Client Servicing Strategy, Business Development and P&L.
Job Description
• Spearheading the Client Servicing Team
• Create the program strategy, program KPIs and Objectives
• Campaign ideation & Ensuring program results month on month- achieving Program ROI
• Managing internal and external stakeholders
• Program launch and go to market strategy
• Marketing and communications strategy for programs
• Ensures ROI and results for the programs and services.
• Responsible for Sales and P&L for programs.
• Client Management and identifying new opportunities with existing clientele
• Expanding program offering and enhancing the quality of existing program
• Market Insight and competition Analysis, gathering feedback and presenting insights
• Identifying opportunities for continual improvement
• Ability to recommend technology-based solution
Requirements
• Should have 12 to 15 years of experience.
• Experienced in Client management and business development
• Experienced in team handing
• Analytical thinking, Negotiation skills and an ability to handle complex situation
• Should have shown good growth and scale in programs/ projects
• Experience in having implemented programs/ Projects
• Have designed and created good marketing and campaign strategies- and shown results
• Very good communication, People & Stakeholder Management Experience
• Should have experience working with different teams during project implementation, maintenance & support
• Ability to manage a demanding workload, balance multiple tasks and switch gears while maintaining priorities.
Qualifications
• Preferably MBA in marketing
