About the Business Unit
Times Mobile is a pioneering CPaaS (Communication Platform as a Service) company dedicated to revolutionizing business communication. Our suite of products centers around SMS, WABA (WhatsApp Business API), emails, OBD and more, offering businesses powerful tools to engage customers effectively. Job Summary:
Front End Filed Sales is required. Hunting Role. This role focuses on acquiring new
customers, driving revenue growth, and building strong client relationships. It involves
understanding customer needs, aligning them with CpaaS solutions, and meeting sales
targets.
Work Responsibilities
● Customer Acquisition – Responsible for acquiring new customers month on month
independently for CpaaS solutions and services in assigned territory, working closely
with pre-sales, operations and accounting teams. Report on sales pipeline development
and progress against territory and account plans.
● Revenue Generation – Generate revenue from new clients and carry targets accordingly.
● Account Planning – Responsible for understanding the client’s business processes, goals,
needs and business drivers. Identify business opportunities and map them with TIL
offerings to grow and nurture the accounts.
● Partnership – Build sustainable and meaningful relationships with client organizations.
Drive day-to-day interactions with clientele; monitor Service Level Agreement (SLA)
deliverables, marshal cross functional company resources to address customer drivers
and initiatives in a consultative manner.
● Sales Processes & Collection – Follow the sales processes fully and ensure revenue
booking and collection.
Skills, Experience & Expertise
● Well networked with technology and marketing functions in mid to large size enterprises.
● Adhere to the Sales Force tool for reporting and Pipeline Management.
● Highly motivated and demonstrated success in delivering on targets consistently.
● Techno-business orientation and ability to quickly understand technology and business
offerings.
● Good understanding of mobile offerings for enterprises.
● Good connections in BFSI, Real Estate, Retail, Ecom companies
