Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and managing relationships with influencers and brands, creating campaigns that drive brand visibility, and developing new business opportunities by pitching to potential brand partners. You will play a key role in identifying influencers, negotiating partnerships, and growing the company’s influencer marketing strategy.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy Development: Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions, aligned with company goals.
  • Pitching to New Brands: Proactively identify and pitch to new brands for potential collaborations. Craft tailored pitches that showcase the value of influencer partnerships and how they align with the brand’s goals.
  • Influencer Identification: Research, identify, and establish partnerships with relevant influencers across platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), ensuring a strong fit with the brand’s voice and target audience.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the full cycle of influencer campaigns, including strategy, contracting, creative direction, and performance analysis, ensuring timelines and goals are met.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with influencers, agencies, and brands to foster collaboration and future opportunities.
  • Content Creation & Coordination: Collaborate with influencers to develop engaging, creative content that aligns with the brand’s vision while driving customer engagement.
  • Negotiation & Contracting: Handle influencer and brand negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and partners, while staying within budget.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance through KPIs such as engagement, reach, and ROI, and provide actionable insights to optimize future efforts.
  • Trend Spotting: Stay informed on industry trends, social media updates, and influencer marketing best practices to continuously improve strategy and tactics.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as social media, content, and sales to ensure cohesive messaging and brand alignment.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a specific niche, such as beauty, travel, or tech.
  • Familiarity with influencer management platforms and tools.
  • Experience with paid media campaigns to amplify influencer content.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to create persuasive pitches and campaign proposals.
