Your contribution to the team:Craft and execute end-to-end influencer campaigns on IG, FB, YT, , and other platforms.Identify the right influencers (significant for this role), and then reach out to them via email, calls, connects, etcGet commercials and negotiate with them on commercials and deliverables, and be creative in deal-making at timesCraft influencer campaigns (budget of 10-20L going forward and be able to generate 3 times revenue from the spends)Find & identify the right journalists, and PR associates to partner withBuild strong relationships with them & get the brand placed in the right placesFind appropriate speaking opportunities, events, and PR opportunities on social mediaCraft PR campaigns and execute them end-to-endTake ownership of the PR activities, budgets, and results.To manage 3-5L initially in PR activitiesCraft and end-to-end Zebralearn messaging and positioning and communicate it to the journalists and media houses.

Must have skills:

At least 4 years of experience in marketing and PR.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to effectively engage with influencers, PR, and close deals.Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative influencer marketing campaigns.Strong experience in PR and Influencer MarketingSolid negotiation and contract management skills.Previous experience working with budgets and revenue building with the same
