Imaging Endpoints is based in Scottsdale, Arizona, with offices in Cambridge, Massachusetts; London, UK; Leiden, Netherlands; Basel, Switzerland; Hyderabad, India and Shanghai, China. Under the direction of Imaging Operations Leadership this position is primarily responsible for configuring and administrating Imaging Endpoints Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS). This role will coordinate with the CTMS vendor and will administrate iCTMS activities related to new CTMS builds, updates to existing CTMS builds, user administration, report development, system enhancements, investigating new scope for automation for system improvements, lay process improvement plans for Imaging Endpoints and general responses to issues experienced by CTMS users.
TECHNICAL PRODUCT MANAGER, CTMS
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist with day-to-day administration of CTMS.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Provide functional guidance of CTMS application to various stake holders.
Access Management for CTMS application to cross functional department as well as stake holders.
Configure new study builds within CTMS application per study specific requirements and configuration management change control requirements.
Create and configure customized global and project specific reports within CTMS application.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of training materials for CTMS application navigation and functionality.
Coordinate with Compliance and Regulatory Affairs teams in performing necessary activities for study new builds, study build updates.
Assist in the training of internal users on iCTMS.
Other duties as assigned by the manager.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
Minimum of 1-2 years in Healthcare and/or Clinical trials industry preferred.
Sybase, SQL reports, or query writing experience is a must.
Must have strong computer skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and internet applications required.
Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), Quality Assurance/Compliance in a clinical trials setting is preferred.
SENIOR TECHNICAL PRODUCT MANAGER, CTMS
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist with day-to-day administration of CTMS.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Provide functional guidance of CTMS application to various stake holders.
Access Management for CTMS application to cross functional department as well as stake holders.
Configure new study builds within CTMS application per study specific requirements and configuration management change control requirements.
Create and configure customized global and project specific reports within CTMS application.
Customize, extend, modify, localize, or integrate to the existing product by virtue of coding, testing and production.
Create and deploy automation solutions to ensure process optimization and increase in efficiency.
Demonstrates strategic thinking skills and drive project-based group objectives.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of training materials for CTMS application navigation and functionality.
Coordinate with Compliance and Regulatory Affairs teams in performing necessary activities for study new builds, study build updates and CTMS software upgrades as well as new feature implementations.
Assist with evaluation of alternate iCTMS solutions for Imaging Endpoints.
Assist in the training of internal users on iCTMS.
Interact with the CTMS vendor in understanding their roadmap and relaying Imaging Endpoints' requirements.
Active participation in drafting Company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Working Instructions (Wis) and defining process to ensure the impact is productive.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
Preferred to have Life Sciences, Healthcare and/or Clinical trials experience.
Strong experience with CTMS, EDC platform is preferred.
Sybase, SQL reports, query writing experience is must.
Proficiency in MS Office and internet applications required.
Must have strong computer skills.
4+ years of experience in the clinical trials or pharmaceutical industry.
Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), Quality Assurance/Compliance in a clinical trials setting is preferred.
