Primary Responsibilities:
Develop product strategy vision and roadmaps, and developing short, medium, and long-term features to achieve the vision - done in partnership with Product ManagersGather product input and feedback from internal and external stakeholders and consumers to inform the backlogCreate buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partnersDevelop detailed, crisp business (functional & non-functional) requirements and user stories that can be used to create product specifications and architecture for each product and applicationManage and track the creation of all artifacts (wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, FAQs, operational cost estimates, etc.) required for product team to be empowered for deliveryDevelop user experience goals, stories and requirements that will be used to drive product specificationsManage engineering teams to deliver product to marketOwn capacity planning and partner with product organization and sales organization to determine priorities of backlog based on capacity, feasibility, and market importanceProactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team's ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goalsProactively identify collisions of capacity and utilize standard prioritization matrices to determine the best course of actionWork with team leadership to understand the customer and their needs and concerns to define solutionsWork with engineering team to operate in Dual-Track Agile methodology of discovery and deliveryOwn and run backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, and retro ceremoniesManage the creation of all technical documentation to be used internally and externally for features your product teams deliverChampion and gain buy-in for the strategy and roadmap from partner teams through collaboration, documentation, and negotiation that effectively influences peers and senior managementComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do soRequired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, design or related field; or equivalent work experience6+ years of Product Management experienceExperience working cross functionally (design, engineering, usability, content development)Experience using hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business casesExperience working with diverse groups of people to manage and influence change Broad technical breadth and depth including familiarity with web services, and platform architecturesPreferred Qualifications:
Experience delivering Enterprise products and services in a high growth environmentProven solid verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executivesProven passion for creating innovative solutions for consumersProven high attention to detail including precise and effective customer communications and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneouslyProven ability to think strategically and execute methodicallyProven ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation
