The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer support in a fast-paced international voice process environment.Key Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to US healthcare services. - Communicate effectively in both Spanish and English with customers to resolve queries and provide accurate information. - Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers. - Document customer interactions and follow up on pending issues. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns. - Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.Mandatory Skills:- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (verbal and written). - Prior experience in US calling and international voice process. - Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in night shifts and from the office. - Experience in BPO voice support or similar customer-facing roles.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in US Healthcare customer service. - Familiarity with healthcare terminology and processes. - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.Drop your CV at naresh.arya@rsystems.com if you have relevant experience and can join on immediate basis.
