Technical Product Manager

Morae's proprietary MorAI Contract Analysis platform utilizes cutting-edge technology to deliver advanced solutions. We seek an experienced Technical Product Manager to join our team and enhance our product offerings. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a highly technical field, such as software development, computer science, or engineering. You should possess excellent analytical skills to interpret complex information and a natural talent for simplifying intricate concepts for broader understanding. Responsibilities:

- Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives and customer needs.

- Monitor product performance metrics and KPIs, using data-driven insights to inform product decisions.

- Assess current competitor offerings and seek opportunities for differentiation.

- Effectively present the product's vision, roadmap, key KPIs, and execution plans (release/sprint plans).

- Manage and track requirements change requests.

- Work with the development team to deliver quality features and products within the expected timeline, participating in scrum meetings to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria.

- Conducted requirements review sessions and collaborated regularly with the testing team to manage release processes.

- Work with marketing, sales, and operations teams to gather market and client feedback.

- Collaborate with client teams to agree on the scope of changes and enhancements to existing products.

- Coordinate with the technical writing team on product release notes, training materials, and user guide updates.

- Become the go-to person for understanding how products are used and configured.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Expertise in defining and executing product strategy and roadmaps for SaaS products.

- Strong ability to lead technical teams and guide product development with a deep understanding of business and technical requirements.

- Proficient in managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conception to delivery and continuous improvement.

- Understanding of AI/ML technologies and their integration into product development.

- Experienced in JIRA, Confluence, Figma, and AWS for product management, documentation, design, and cloud infrastructure.

- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and experience collaborating closely with design teams to ensure optimal user experience.

Requirements:

- A bachelor's degree in computer science; an MBA is preferred.

- 5+ years of industry experience as an effective product manager.

- Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics such as ML, AI, and data analytics.

- Superior writing and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

- Excellent organizational and task management skills.

- Ability to work effectively in global, cross-office teams.
