Purpose of Role
The primary responsibility of the Cluster Manager is to orchestrate and be responsible for business development and growth of the company by adding new customers & achieving the targets set by the company.
Main Areas of responsibility
Staff management forms a huge part of the responsibilities of a Regional manager. This include interviewing, hiring, disciplining, and performance related actions. The manager sets the tone for the department, determines the amount of support provided to staff, and encourages sales.
Job responsibility
- 1. Responsible for planning, strategizing, and monitoring operations to drive the target business numbers.
- 2. To ensure profitability of the region
- 3. To help monitor overall customer satisfaction.
- 4. Ensure the team does daily follow up and closure of the leads assigned by Comapny.
- 5. Reviews and analyzes sales reports and understands progress and requirements of the team
- 6. Ensure timely updates on the progression of the team under PEP.
- 7. Ensure support from BM/SBM on OJT for all new team recruits and identify training needs for current team members.
- 8. Ensure that all ASH and BM/Sr BM units are fully registered on Maximizer, and monitor Maximizer usage by the field.
- 9. Ensure that all mandatory activities related to the rules and regulations of the company are always followed.
Deliverables Day to Day
Daily updates/reviews with ASH, BM, and Senior BM on lead allocation/conversion, updating the team on daily progress and gaps.a timely update to HO on all requirements.
Education & Experience
- Graduate with over 9 years of experience/Post Graduate
- 7 + Years of Direct Sales Experience In Life Insurance company
- Location candidate prefer
- Team Management, Sales, and Sales Management skills
- Lead Generation and Business Development skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Experience in the insurance industry
