About the Role :

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 3-6 years of experience, preferably in the fintech space, to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, technology, and operations, to deliver impactful projects that drive our business forward.

Key Responsibilities :

Requirement Gathering & Analysis :

- Engage with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.

- Analyze and translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements.

- Create detailed business requirement documents (BRDs) and functional specification documents (FSDs).

Project Management & Delivery :

- Work with project teams to ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget.

- Develop and maintain project plans, track progress, and report on key milestones.

- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives for agile projects.

Process Improvement :

- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.

- Propose and implement solutions that enhance business efficiency and customer experience.

Data Analysis & Reporting :

- Analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights and support decision-making.

- Create and present reports and dashboards to track project performance and business metrics.

Stakeholder Management :

- Act as the primary liaison between business units, technical teams, and third-party vendors.

- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on project goals and & Training :

- Develop user manuals, process documentation, and training materials.

- Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users and stakeholders.

Quality Assurance :

- Assist in the development of test cases and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure project deliverables meet the business requirements.

Key Qualifications :

- Experience : 3-6 years as a Business Analyst, with a strong preference for experience in the fintech sector.

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or other relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.

Skills :

- Strong understanding of fintech products and services, including payment systems, lending, digital wallets, or similar.

- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, Visio).

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience with agile project management methodologies.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau).

- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance in the financial services industry.

- Experience with API integrations and digital transformation projects.
