Job Responsibilities:

  • Closely monitor operational and business performance.
  • Conduct daily orientations, inspections, audits, and checks.
  • Plan and execute overall budgeting of the hotel/hostel within the company-approved monthly/quarterly budgets.
  • Conduct regular meetings and training sessions with his/her team for regular upskilling, training and smooth functioning; also work on mechanisms to increase team’s productivity and motivation.
  • Conduct financial audits and ensure timely reporting of financial statements.
  • Maintain the hotel/hostel’s property infrastructure to the highest standards (Civil, Furniture/Furnishing, Equipment/HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, etc.)
  • Ensure repair & maintenance works with the company’s prescribed TATs & budgets.
  • Ensure 100% compliance to hotel/hostel’s operating SOPs, policies & procedures and service standards.
  • Ensure spotless delivery of the hostel’s services: bed, F&B and non-bed activities.
  • Ensure highest safety standards by regularly auditing for hazards, health & cleanliness.
  • Act as final “go to man or decision maker” in guest escalation-related matters.
  • Act as final “go to man or liasioner” with the company’s head office.
  • Act as final “go to man or liasioner” with the various local departments such as municipality, pollution boards, tourism, police, etc.
  • Ensure all 5 senses for a top notch (vision, hearing, touch, smell, and taste) experience are maintained at all times.


Requirements and Skills:

  • Educational background: Hospitality graduate or Diploma in Hospitality
  • Extensive operational knowledge of hotel operations
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal & time-management skills.
  • Location Flexible (PAN India)
  • Work Exp: 5+ Years of Experience
