FNP, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager. This role is crucial for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive B2B sales with corporates and manage B2B and B2C marketing efforts for marketplaces and hyperlocal players. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, strategic planning, and a proven track record of success in both B2B and B2C marketing environments.


Role & responsibilities

B2B Marketing: Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to drive corporate sales and partnerships. Create customized marketing and promotional materials for corporate clients. Conduct market research to identify new corporate sales opportunities and understand industry trends. Organize and participate in events and trade shows aimed at promoting FNP to corporate clients.

Marketplace & Hyperlocal Marketing: Design and execute B2B and B2C marketing strategies for online marketplaces Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure cohesive branding and marketing messages across all platforms. Optimize product listings and marketing campaigns for maximum visibility and conversion on marketplace platforms. Monitor and analyze performance metrics, using insights to drive continuous improvement in marketing efforts.

Content & Communication: Develop compelling content for marketing collateral, websites, email campaigns, and social media, tailored to both B2B and B2C audiences. Manage all corporate communication, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging across all channels.

Team Collaboration & Management: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives. Lead cross-functional teams to execute campaigns, ensuring deadlines and budget requirements are met. Stay updated with digital marketing trends and tools, incorporating new ideas into the marketing strategy.



Preferred candidate profile

Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing with a focus on B2B and B2C strategies, preferably in the e-commerce or retail sector.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies, including SEO, PPC on marketplaces, email marketing, and social media.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed marketing decisions.

Creative thinker with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with digital marketing tools.
