Role Description:
As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our real estate listings and brand. You will oversee all aspects of marketing campaigns, social media management, lead generation, and data management. The ideal candidate will be creative, strategic, and possess a strong understanding of real estate marketing trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing managers create, guide and implement a company’s marketing initiatives and ensure that they align with the company’s values and resonate with the target audience. Some of the duties and responsibilities of a marketing manager include the following:
- Manage social media pages, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement to increase follower engagement and drive traffic.
- Oversee posting handling on various platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and branding.
- Implement lead generation strategies to attract potential buyers and sellers, utilizing both online and offline channels.
- Managing the marketing budget and vendor coordination.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to management.
- Manage data collection, analysis, and distribution among the team to support decision-making processes.
- Coordinating marketing efforts with cross-functional teams like sales and product development
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience of minimum 2 years in marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and SEO.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with marketing automation software and applications is a plus.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
Additional Requirements:
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules.
