Job Brief:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts at Hawk Ecommerce. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand strategy, team management, and overall branding initiatives. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and leadership abilities to drive the company's marketing objectives and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with our business goals. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Branding Initiatives: Drive branding efforts to enhance our market presence and brand equity. Develop and manage brand guidelines to ensure consistency in all communications.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing.
- Data-Driven Marketing: Utilize data and analytics to measure campaign performance and inform strategic decisions. Identify trends and insights to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Audience Targeting: Develop and refine audience segmentation strategies to ensure precise targeting and maximum engagement.
- Content Development: Oversee the creation of compelling content that resonates with our target audiences and supports our marketing objectives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the web design, UX, and sales teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy and brand management.
- Excellent team management and leadership skills.
- Proficient in using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot).
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Highly organized with great attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the ecommerce industry.
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices.
- Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
- Certification in Google Ads or other relevant platforms.
(Note:Prior experience in the sports fantasy and gaming industry is preferred.)
