Job Title : Performance TesterExperience : 5- 9 YearsLocation : Pune , Thiruvananthapuram , Banglore , Kochi , Hyderabad , Chennai Role Overview :We are looking for a highly skilled Performance Tester to evaluate, analyze, and optimize the performance, scalability, and reliability of web applications. The role involves designing and executing performance test scenarios, identifying bottlenecks, and collaborating closely with development and DevOps teams to deliver seamless user experiences under different loads.Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, and endurance tests for web applications.- Define performance benchmarks and ensure applications meet expected SLAs.- Use tools like JMeter (or similar) for test execution, monitoring, and reporting.- Monitor system performance (CPU, memory, database queries, network latency, etc.) during test runs.- Identify bottlenecks in application code, server configurations, or infrastructure and coordinate with developers/architects to resolve them.- Create detailed performance test plans, scripts, and reports.- Conduct root cause analysis for performance issues and recommend optimizations.- Collaborate with QA, Development, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams to ensure end-to-end performance readiness.- Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines where Skills :- Strong expertise in performance testing tools (preferably JMeter).- Solid understanding of performance engineering concepts: throughput, latency, concurrency, scalability.- Hands-on with monitoring tools (Grafana, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or similar).- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Primary Skills :- JMeter- Performance Testing- Performance Engineering, Monitoring Tools (ref:hirist.tech)
