Job Description:

We are seeking a Performance Tester with hands-on experience in performance testing, system monitoring, and scripting to ensure the scalability and reliability of complex applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of tools like JMeter and exposure to modern infrastructure tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute performance tests using Apache JMeter.

  • Analyze performance test results, identify bottlenecks, and provide recommendations for improvement.

  • Work with development and DevOps teams to troubleshoot issues using advanced debugging techniques.

  • Automate testing tasks using scripting languages such as Shell, Bash, or Perl.

  • Integrate and utilize monitoring tools like AppDynamics or Dynatrace to gather performance metrics.

  • Collaborate with teams in setting up and managing environments on AWS or GCP.

  • Use Docker and Kubernetes for test environment setup and container orchestration.

Required Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in performance testing.

  • Strong expertise in JMeter.

  • Proficient in scripting languages: Shell, Bash, Perl.

  • Good understanding of debugging and root cause analysis.

  • Hands-on experience with monitoring tools: AppDynamics or Dynatrace.

  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for container-based environments.

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms: AWS and/or GCP.
