Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Address and resolve client concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Regularly update clients on project progress and any changes to the scope or timeline.
  • Gather client feedback post-project completion for quality improvement and testimonials.
  • Design Team Collaboration
  • Coordinate with the design team to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and design concepts align with client expectations.
  • Facilitate communication between the design team and other stakeholders to ensure a cohesive approach to project execution.
  • Assist in the creative process by providing administrative support and ensuring the design team has the resources needed to meet project deadlines.


Execution Team Coordination

  • Work closely with the execution team on-site to oversee the implementation of design plans.
  • Ensure that the execution team adheres to the design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
  • Address any on-site issues that arise, providing solutions to keep the project on track.
  • Project Status Updates
  • Provide regular and accurate updates to clients regarding the status of their projects.
  • Maintain detailed records of project progress, including milestones achieved and any deviations from the original plan.
  • Use project management software to track progress and generate reports for both the internal team and clients.


Additional Responsibilities

  • Oversee the studio's operational aspects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management.
  • Develop and implement studio policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and ensure consistent quality.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to identify new opportunities and assist in the preparation of proposals and contracts.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiating terms, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Lead and mentor junior staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and advancements to continually enhance the studio's offerings and processes.


Qualifications and Skills

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the interior design industry.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage both client relationships and internal teams effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management software and a good understanding of design principles.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
