Job Title: Regional Sales Manager – Pulmonary SegmentLocation: Cochin, KeralaAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead sales efforts in the Pulmonary therapeutic segment across Kerala. This role is suited for a results-driven professional with a proven track record in pharmaceutical sales, strong leadership ability, and expertise in driving growth within specialized therapeutic areas.The RSM will be responsible for achieving sales and revenue targets, building and managing high-performing teams, developing strong relationships with healthcare professionals and KOLs, and implementing strategies to grow market share while ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.Key Responsibilities- Recruit, train, coach, mentor, and motivate a team of Area Sales Managers (ASMs) and Territory Sales Managers (TSMs). - Develop strategies to achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the Pulmonary product portfolio in Kerala. - Forecast sales, plan budgets, analyze gaps, review performance, and take corrective actions. - Identify new business opportunities in line with overall business and marketing strategies. - Build, maintain, and nurture long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and KOLs. - Plan and execute medical educational events (CME programs, workshops, seminars) for professional engagement. - Gather feedback from KOLs and accounts to enhance brand adoption and product positioning. - Ensure product availability through effective coordination with distributors, stockists, and retailers. - Oversee proper utilization of promotional materials in compliance with medical and regulatory guidelines. - Maintain accurate and timely reports on sales performance, market share, ROI, customer insights, and prescription audits. - Prepare and present monthly/quarterly business reviews to senior management. - Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry code of conduct.Qualifications & Experience- Graduate in Science, Pharmacy, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory). - 10–15 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, including 3–5 years in a Regional Sales Manager role. - Proven expertise in Pulmonary therapeutic areas. - Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and team management skills. - Demonstrated track record of delivering sales growth and managing large teams. - Willingness to travel extensively within Kerala.
