This is not just about teaching English – it is about changing mindsets, creating safe spaces for practice, and driving consistent speaking training across hundreds of students to deliver employability.Key Responsibilities Program Design & Standardization: Create structured communication training modules tailored for Tier 2/3 college students. Focus on practical speaking, confidence-building, and everyday practice rather than theory. Trainer Development: Train & support Centre POCs to run speaking sessions, peer practice, and 1:1 feedback. Execution & Monitoring: Drive speaking practice sessions, track participation, ensure outcomes. Student Engagement: Influence and motivate students for soft skills training; highlighting its importance. 1-on-1 Coaching: Identify high-potential students struggling with soft skills & provide personalized coaching. Feedback & Improvement: Collect data, measure impact, and refine training for continuous improvement.What We’re Looking For 4+ years of experience in soft skills training, corporate training, or spoken English coaching. Proven experience working with Tier 2/3 students or non-English-speaking backgrounds. A hands-on executor who thrives on making things happen rather than just designing plans. Patience and persistence you understand that transformation takes time, but you also know how to get results.
