**Roles and responsibilities of a trainer**:

- Conducting the classroom training for a batch of aspiring paramedics
- Quality education to be delivered at the center as per Virohan standards
- Take timely training sessions and ensure lesson plan completion as per Virohan

Standards
- Inculcate soft skills among young trainees w.r.t. their job readiness
- Take Mentor mentee, VSO, and such sessions as and when required
- Batch documentation and student performance reporting
- Organizing extra-curricular activities for student’s overall development
- Motivate and mentor students as needed
- Collecting student doubts and addressing them
- graduation from any background
- passion for teaching
- zeal to make a difference in the lives of youth
- the ability to work well in a team
- an attitude of ownership towards growth of each student
- a strong customer (student) focus.
