Job Title: Line Manager (Flows)

Job Locations: Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Delhi, Nagpur


Opportunity: Leverage your extensive industry expertise to lead a high-performing team, develop strategic collection plans, and drive business expansion in emerging markets.


Experience Range: 4 - 10 years of experience in any financial industry and current experience in handling a large portfolio.


What you will do:

  • Manage Bucket level resolution, Roll Back and Normalisation targets achievements along with capacity planning.
  • Managing customer queries & complaints with efficient redressal mechanisms in place.
  • Responsible for setting up robust fraud management & operations practices to reduce the delinquency rates.
  • Identify and develop channel partners to create effective field force as per the business requirements.

  • You are well versed with domestic geographical pockets and improve the scope of collection.
  • You have effective team management experiences.
  • You have sharp expertise in SKIP tracing methods.
  • You have strong understanding about Digital Repayments Journey.
  • You have sound knowledge of Audit & Compliance.
  • You have sound knowledge about legal & litigation processes.


Qualifications: Any Graduate/Post graduate with service industry experience.
