Job Title: Line Manager (Flows)
Job Locations: Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Delhi, Nagpur
Opportunity: Leverage your extensive industry expertise to lead a high-performing team, develop strategic collection plans, and drive business expansion in emerging markets.
Experience Range: 4 - 10 years of experience in any financial industry and current experience in handling a large portfolio.
What you will do:
Manage Bucket level resolution, Roll Back and Normalisation targets achievements along with capacity planning.
Managing customer queries & complaints with efficient redressal mechanisms in place.
Responsible for setting up robust fraud management & operations practices to reduce the delinquency rates.
Identify and develop channel partners to create effective field force as per the business requirements.

You are well versed with domestic geographical pockets and improve the scope of collection.
You have effective team management experiences.
You have sharp expertise in SKIP tracing methods.
You have strong understanding about Digital Repayments Journey.
You have sound knowledge of Audit & Compliance.
You have sound knowledge about legal & litigation processes.
Qualifications: Any Graduate/Post graduate with service industry experience.
