Role Specifics -

  • The candidate is primarily entitled for activating new users & retaining existing user base by using lifecycle communications, segmentation & homepage personalisation & also shall be able to drive specific growth projects by evaluating new growth channels or implementing new processes in place to drive topline as well as bottom-line.


Key Responsibility -

  • Be the lead for entire CLM framework- managing customer lifestyle programmes, using data-driven insights to develop campaigns for new users, whilst re-engaging lapsing and dormant segments.
  • Plan a/b test across every stage of customer lifecycle, in terms of offer launches, segmented communications, content change in app homepage and own the initiatives to drive end to end marketing goals.
  • Contribute to mission-based collaboration with Brand, Product, Engineering and Analytics teams to meet revenue goals.
  • Plan communication calendar and manage the delivery of Marketing campaigns across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Homepage inventories, In-app & Push channels to engage users with timely and relevant content.
  • Product enhancement for business related activities like homepage widgets, app restructuring, navigation menus & category store fronts.


Must-have Skills

  • Deep understanding of CDP tools like CleverTap, MO engage, Web engage etc.
  • Prior 3+ years’ experience within retention & growth role in a B2C environment.
  • Passionate about marketing and experience in delivering CLM strategy such as segmentation, incentivisation, engagement and overall retention.
  • CDP Platform expert with a minimum of 3+ years of hands-on platform experience (Clevertap, MoEngage or Bloomreach preferable), delivering CLM lifecycle automation including dynamic content and personalisation.
  • Strong familiarity with WhatsApp integration for effective customer communication and support.
  • Experience using data visualisation tools (GA/ PowerBI / Tableau preferable)
  • Experience in analysis of all retention metrics & revenue incrementality analysis, with strong proficiency in excel.


Good to Have Skills:

  • Experience in driving new growth initiatives – example affiliate partnerships, automated calling, launching new channels like RCS or chatbot etc.
  • Having some sort of exposure in programmatic media buying and paid remarketing campaigns.
