BeatO is looking for a dynamic and experienced Retention Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will spearhead our efforts to enhance customer engagement, increase retention rates, and foster long-term relationships with our user base. Leveraging data-driven insights and innovative strategies, you will play a crucial role in driving sustainable growth and maximizing customer lifetime value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive retention strategies tailored to engage and retain BeatO users across various channels and touchpoints.
- Utilize advanced segmentation techniques to personalize retention initiatives based on user behaviour, preferences, and lifecycle stages.
- Lead the management and optimization of different verticals, driving repeat purchases and strengthening brand loyalty among our customers.
- Conduct a thorough analysis of program & campaign performance, assess ROI, and iterate on strategies to continuously improve effectiveness.
- Drive the creation and execution of targeted campaigns, and CRM initiatives to nurture customer relationships and drive engagement.
- Develop personalized content and messaging strategies to re-engage users and enhance retention rates.
- Utilise data analytics and customer insights to identify retention opportunities, predict churn risk factors, and drive strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and business heads, including marketing, product, and customer service, to align retention strategies with overall business objectives.
- Communicate key customer insights and trends to relevant stakeholders to inform business decisions and product enhancements.
- Manage utilisation and execution of campaigns via CRM and attribution tools like WebEngage, MoEngage, Clevertap, Branch, AppsFlyer, Gupshup etc.
Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required; Master's degree or certifications in Marketing preferred.
- Proven track record of success in a senior-level retention marketing role, with a minimum of 3-6 years of experience
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing impactful strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, marketing & attribution platforms, and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate actionable insights, and drive strategic recommendations.
- Creative thinking and strategic mind-set with a customer-centric approach.
- Excellent communication, project management, and team collaboration skills
