Now, we are searching for a dynamic Growth Marketing Manager - Nurturing and Retention who can help us scale our efforts and retain our growing customer base.


What do we expect from you?

As a Growth Marketing Manager - Nurturing and Retention, your mission is to build, manage, and optimize nurturing and retention strategies to engage our existing customers, boost retention rates, and maximize lifetime value. You’ll work cross-functionally with teams across content, product, and data to create seamless and effective customer journeys that turn users into long-term, loyal advocates of our products.

Your role will involve implementing retention strategies, executing customer lifecycle campaigns, and building personalized, data-driven nurturing programs that keep users engaged throughout their entire journey with Novatr.

You are/demonstrate:

  • A strategic marketer with a deep understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, retention strategies, and nurturing tactics.
  • Data-driven and results-oriented, with the ability to analyze customer behavior and identify opportunities to increase engagement.
  • Creative and customer-centric, able to craft campaigns that resonate with users on a personal level.
  • A strong communicator and collaborator, with experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver effective marketing programs.

You’re good at:

  • Designing and executing email marketing and automated nurturing campaigns to engage leads and customers at every stage of their journey.
  • Using data to analyze and optimize customer journeys, reduce churn, and improve retention rates.
  • Segmenting audiences based on behavioral and demographic data to deliver personalized experiences.
  • Experimenting with various marketing channels, including email, SMS, in-app notifications, and retargeting, to engage customers.
  • Managing and analyzing key performance metrics such as customer lifetime value, retention rates, churn, and engagement.


Extra Awesome if you are:

  • Experienced in working within the Ed-Tech, AEC, or similar industries.
  • Skilled at leveraging customer feedback to inform and improve retention strategies.
  • Familiar with lifecycle marketing tools like HubSpot, Marketo, or Braze.
  • Passionate about creating customer-centric campaigns that drive long-term value.


Required Experience:

  • 5-8 years of experience in growth marketing, with a strong focus on customer retention and nurturing.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing customer journeys, lifecycle marketing campaigns, and retention strategies.
  • Solid understanding of key growth metrics and KPIs like LTV, retention, churn, and CAC.\


What is mandatory?

  • Strong expertise in lifecycle marketing, retention strategies, and marketing automation tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment with a high level of ownership and autonomy.
  • Data-driven mindset, with experience in analyzing and improving key retention and engagement metrics.


What is not mandatory?

  • Prior experience in Ed-Tech, though it's a plus.
