About the Role:

Are you passionate about fair workplace practices and conflict resolution? HYI.AI is seeking a proactive and empathetic Grievance Executive to handle employee and stakeholder concerns with professionalism, discretion, and care.

In this role, you'll be the go-to person for grievance management, playing a key part in maintaining a transparent, compliant, and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, log, and manage all formal grievances and complaints
• Conduct impartial investigations through interviews, data collection, and documentation
• Mediate between parties to reach fair and timely resolutions
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable labor laws
• Advise employees and management on grievance handling procedures
• Identify recurring patterns and suggest process or policy improvements

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Law, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in grievance handling, employee relations, or a similar role
• Strong conflict resolution and investigative skills
• Ability to stay objective and unbiased in sensitive situations
• High levels of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
