Role Overview:


- As a Co-Founder, you will play a pivotal role in building and scaling our business.

You will wear multiple hats, including but not limited to:

Sales:


- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.

Digital Marketing:


- Lead digital marketing initiatives to enhance our online presence and customer Build and maintain a strong brand identity that resonates with our target audience.

Growth Hacking:


- Implement innovative growth strategies to accelerate our market penetration and user base expansion.

Desired Qualifications:

Professional Experience:


- Minimum of one year of professional experience in relevant fields.

Educational Background:


- Preferred candidates are graduates from prestigious institutions such as IIM, XLRI, FMS, ISB, MDI, IIFT, SP Jain, XIM, TISS, IIT, or NIT.

- However, this is not mandatory, and exceptional candidates from other backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

- Entrepreneurial Passion: A strong passion for entrepreneurship and a drive to build and grow a startup.

Skills and Attributes:

- Leadership: Ability to lead and inspire a team towards a common vision.

- Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.

- Adaptability: Comfortable wearing multiple hats and adapting to a fast-paced environment.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying challenges and finding effective Collaborate with the founding team to define and execute the company's vision and strategy.
