Role Overview:We are seeking a driven and visionary Co-Founder to lead our sales efforts across both product lines. This role is ideal for an experienced sales leader who is passionate about driving growth and scaling businesses. The Co-Founder will be responsible for building and executing a robust sales strategy, developing new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. The position offers flexibility regarding investment; you may join with or without an investment, though an investment would demonstrate deeper commitment and alignment with our growth ambitions.

Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for both Lean6Sigmapro.com and Skoolz.in.Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansions.Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning to inform strategic decisions.Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.Product and Service Promotion: Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new products and services, ensuring successful launches and market penetration.Revenue Growth: Drive consistent revenue growth through strategic planning, sales process optimization, and performance management.Collaboration: Work closely with other co-founders and department heads (e.g., marketing, product development) to align sales efforts with overall company goals.

Qualifications:Proven track record of success in sales leadership, with experience in B2C and B2B markets, preferably in the education or professional training sectors.Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and scaling businesses.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to think strategically while executing tactically.Experience in managing and motivating a sales team to achieve high performance.Willingness to invest (optional) to demonstrate commitment and alignment with company goals.

Preferred Qualifications:Prior experience as a Co-Founder or in a start-up environment.Deep understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and online sales strategies.Experience in fundraising and investor relations is a plus.
