You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and engineering teams to create clear, structured, and user-friendly content that enables customers to effectively use our products.Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain online documentation using AuthorIT (CCMS). - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical information and create structured, reusable content. - Create, review, and update user guides, release notes, help documentation, and technical specifications. - Ensure documentation consistency, accuracy, and adherence to company standards and style guides. - Translate complex embedded systems concepts into clear, concise, and accessible content. - Participate in documentation planning, content audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.Required Skills & Experience- 3+ years of experience in technical writing for embedded systems or related technology domains. - Proven experience with CCMS-based documentation tools, preferably AuthorIT. - Strong understanding of embedded systems concepts, hardware/software integration, and related terminology. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time management abilities.
