Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience. 10 years of experience in technical writing, instructional design, or a similar role, with a focus on creating instructions for human-in-the-loop tasks or rater platforms. Experience in task definition and instruction design principles and best practices. Experience with HTML, Python, data analysis, Markdown, or version control systems (e.g., Git). Experience collaborating with stakeholders and translating requirements into clear, actionable instructions for the audience. Experience in developing and delivering training programmes.Preferred qualifications: Advanced degree in technical communication, instructional design, human-computer interaction, or a related field. Experience working with large-scale human evaluation platforms, crowdsourcing, or rater-based data collection programmes. Experience designing tasks for complex domains. Experience with data analysis to inform instruction improvement. Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and data labelling processes.Responsibilities Writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code Develop and support software including applications, database integration, interfaces, and new functionality enhancements Coordinate cross-functionally to insure project meets business objectives and compliance standards Support test and deployment of new products and features Participate in code reviews.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field)
