Customer Care Executive (Lead generation executive)

Location - Shastri Nagar, Delhi

Experience - 0-2 years

Qualification - Graduation

Job timing- 6:00AM-2:30 PM


Description -

▫️Responsible to handle outbound calls for international process to generate leads for solar panels and solve queries in the Australian market.

▫️Must be good in English and communication skills

▫️Position attitude with team spirit.

▫️Address customer queries and provide accurate information on solar products and services.

▫️Collaborate with the team to share insights and resolve issues.

▫️Adapt communication style to meet the needs of Australian customers.

▫️Work in the Australian shift to align with local time zones.


Skills & Requirements:

- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Customer-focused with a problem-solving attitude.

- Ability to work well in a team and meet performance goals.

- Previous outbound calling or lead generation experience is a plus.

- Willingness to work in the Australian shift hours.
