  • Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide prompt, accurate, and professional responses
  • Assist customers in resolving issues and complaints in a timely manner
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback to the management team
  • Meet or exceed individual performance targets, including quality and productivity metrics
