Job Title: Senior Manager - Facultative Reinsurance - Marine


Location: Mumbai


Job Description:


In this role at Tata AIG, you will:


Handle Facultative Reinsurance requirements for Marine Line of Business


Job Description


The role broadly involves the following:

  • Arrange terms through direct markets/via intermediaries, for various marine proposals referred by Marine underwriting teams
  • Strict adherence to prevalent regulatory and internal compliance requirements during placement
  • Follow up and procure the requisite documentation with regards to placements and maintain the same in proper order
  • Assist with placement information for getting policy booked.
  • Ensure premium remittance to markets/intermediaries within stipulated time lines
  • Attend to endorsement requirements
  • Cater to claims related to FAC placements
  • Assist in the preparation of half yearly FAC return filed with the Authority


Qualifications:


To excel in this position, you should possess:


  • Around 4 to 8 years’ experience
  • Having been involved with Marine underwriting or having handled FAC placements for Marine Line of Business
