Job Description – Snowflake Lead Position:Snowflake Lead Location:Chennai, Hyderabad, Indore Experience:10–15 years Type:Full-time Priority:HighAbout the Role We are seeking aSnowflake Leadwith strong expertise in data architecture, modeling, and design to leaddata use casesin a large-scale environment. The role involves working with cross-functional teams, translating business needs into scalable solutions, and ensuring best practices in architecture and performance tuning. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. Design and document solution architectures usingarc42 frameworkand supportArchitecture Decision Records (ADR)creation. Build and optimizedata models(3NF, Star Schema, Snowflake Schema). ApplyData Vault 2.0 modeling conceptsin solutions. Work withlarge datasetsand ensure performant scripting inSnowflake . Guide and review the design and development process, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture. Collaborate with BI teams for solution delivery and performance optimization. Work withWherescape RED & 3Dfor automation and modeling. Skills & Qualifications 10–15 years of overall IT experience , with strong experience inSnowflake . Expertise inSQLwith large datasets. Hands-on experience withdata modeling– 3NF, Star Schema, and Snowflake Schema. Understanding ofData Vault 2.0 modelingconcepts. Experience insolution design & architecture documentation (arc42 framework) . Experience inWherescape RED & 3Dis a strong advantage. Strongcommunication & collaboration skillsto engage with stakeholders.
