Drivedata & pipeline migrations from legacy to Snowflake , ensuring scalability, reliability, and business continuity. Architect and optimizeSnowflake modelsusing clustering keys, materialized views, Streams, and Tasks. Build scalableELT/ETL pipelineswith modern tools and frameworks. Define and enforceengineering standardsfor Snowflake development, testing, deployment, and CI/CD automation. Partner withcross-functional teams(Data Engineering, Analytics, DevOps, and Business Stakeholders) to deliver impactful solutions. Implementdata security & governance policiesusing Snowflake’s native features. Continuously monitor andoptimize cost and performanceof Snowflake workloads. Providetechnical mentorship, code reviews, and documentationto raise the engineering bar. Leadproduction deployment & cutovers , ensuring smooth operations in live environments. Required Skills & Expertise Snowflake Architecture : Warehouses, multi-cluster, zero-copy cloning, secure data sharing. Performance Tuning : Query optimization, clustering strategies, workload management. Data Engineering : Snowpipe, Streams, Tasks, JavaScript stored procedures, ingestion pipelines. Security & Governance : RBAC, dynamic data masking, row-level security, object tagging. SQL Mastery : Advanced queries, transformations, semi-structured data (JSON, XML). Cloud Integration : Snowflake with AWS/Azure/GCP (S3, Lambda, Step Functions, etc.). ETL/ELT Tools : Airflow, DBT, Matillion (or similar). Data Formats : JSON, Parquet, semi-structured data handling.
