Mass Hiring Recruiter (Temporary Job - 3 months contract)


Job Location: Gurugram (Work from Office)


Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct high-volume recruitment activities to meet the organization's staffing needs within defined timelines.
  2. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and recruitment events.
  3. Screen resumes and applications quickly and efficiently to identify qualified candidates for positions.
  4. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' skills, experience, and alignment with job requirements.
  5. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment databases.
  7. Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
  8. Collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs and priorities.
  9. Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in mass hiring initiatives.


Qualifications:

  • Any graduate degree.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter in a high-volume recruitment environment, preferably in industries such as BPOs, .
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software/tools.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in handling sensitive candidate information.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing hiring needs and priorities.
