About Our Client:
Our client is a Fintech Startup in the Account Aggregator space, their primary focus lies in establishing a secure platform for sharing reliable data among financial institutions, they offer a framework that facilitates the exchange of information between your financial institution and the users who entrust you with their financial services.
Position Overview:
- The company wants to hire dynamic Sales Leaders for various key regions in India. The key responsibilities would be as follows:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Create and execute account strategies to meet client goals and drive the company’s growth.
- Building up a robust sales pipeline and ensuring that the allocated budgets are meet in your territory.
- Identifying Market opportunities, engaging with the prospects and simultaneously creating a road map and sales planning for your region.
- Prepare and make engagement charter for your set of accounts and setting up cadence with key stakeholders.
- Manage Inbound queries from potential enterprise partners in BFSI space.
What will help you succeed
- Overall 7-10 years of experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 Years of experience managing BFSI clients.
- B2B Software (SaaS) Enterprise sales experience would be a plus.
- Working understanding of lending ecosystem – onboarding, underwriting and collection.
- Must have sold to clients in the BFSI domain (Banks, NBFCs and Fintech). Having good connect in the industry will be appreciated.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of CRM tools such as Zoho CRM would be helpful.
