Job Summary
As an Export Sales Executive, you will manage export sales operations, liaise with international clients, and ensure smooth order processing from inquiry to delivery. This role requires strong communication skills, market understanding, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams to meet client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage export sales inquiries and follow up with international clients
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts for export orders
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and documentation teams to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and customer information
- Track global market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities
- Communicate effectively with clients via phone calls and emails.
- Ensure proper documentation for export compliance and smooth customs clearance
Qualifications
- Education: BE or any other relevant engineering/technical degree
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in export sales or international business development
- Communication: Strong verbal and written English skills
- Soft Skills: Customer-focused, proactive, detail-oriented, and good at problem-solving
