Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager of Operations at AirBrick, located in Gurgaon. The General Manager of Operations will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities, managing project timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring quality control and compliance with industry standards.


Qualifications

  • Communication and Leadership skills
  • Experience in Operations Management and Project Coordination
  • Strategic Planning and Decision-Making abilities
  • Excellent Problem-Solving and Analytical skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field from Tier 1
  • Experience in the design or architecture industry is a plus
