As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic lady to lead our B2C and online sales efforts through various online channels.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Marketing Manager to oversee and enhance our B2C sales strategy across multiple online platforms. This role will involve developing and executing marketing campaigns, optimizing online sales channels, and driving brand growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, e-commerce, marketplaces and a deep understanding of the beauty and personal care industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:
  • Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive B2C sales growth across online channels.
  • Identify target audiences and tailor marketing campaigns to maximize engagement and conversion rates.

2. Manage Online Sales Channels:

  • Oversee and optimize performance on platforms such as Amazon, Nyka, Jio, and the JiViSa website.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

3. Digital Marketing Campaigns:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media advertising, and influencer partnerships.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.

4.Content Creation and Management:

  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling content for online marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms.

5.Customer Engagement and Retention:

  • Implement strategies to enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and retention.
  • Manage customer reviews and feedback to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.

6 Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor expenses and optimize spending across various campaigns and channels.

7Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to inform product development and marketing strategies.
